Happy Anniversary Ibragim – You’ve Been Dead One Month

StasiOn  May 22, 2013 Ibragim Todshev was involved in a homicide. He was the victim. He was in a room with at least six law enforcement officers. The homicide occurred in Florida. The State of Florida refuses to investigate it. Two of the officers were Massachusetts State Police officers. The Massachusetts State Police refuse to discuss what happened.

He was gunned down with about 7 bullets by an FBI agent. Immediately after the shooting the FBI began investigating what happened in that room. This was to be an easy one. Only cops could say what happened. No messy civilian witnesses who might not have seen correctly.

If you wanted to find out what happened, you’d ask the officers who were present and you’d know. How long would it take you to do that? An hour, two. Maybe a day or two if you were particularly inept. Then you’d know and you could tell the public what happened in that room.

We are now a month after that event. The FBI is still covering up investigating what happened. We don’t even know how many officers were present in the room. We know nothing. Even our state authorities are terrorized into not speaking about it. Such silence from our officials is something new.

Let me ask you: did you ever think they’d come a time in America when a person could be the victim of a homicide and you’d never find out how it happened, or, if you did it was only after what happened was washed, rinsed and hung out to dry? Did you ever think one cop could kill an unarmed person in a room full of cops and it’d take at least a month to learn anything about it?

How are we any different from those countries who made people they did not like disappear?  Where is our free press that is supposed to be watching out for these things?  How would you feel if it happened to someone you loved that she could be killed in a room jammed full of cops and you were told they could not tell you what happened until they massaged the facts?

The New York Times reported. that the FBI deemed its agents faultless in 150  shootings from 1993 to 2011. Ain’t that interesting?

We just happen to know about the shooting of Frankie Roche in 2004. He went on the run after getting his money for the hit on Big Al Bruno and was caught by the FBI in Florida in July 2004. He was shot in the back while prone on the ground and handcuffed. He later received a $150,000 settlement from the government.  How is it that an FBI agent is found faultless after shooting a  guy lying on the ground in the back? Only in America.

The Orlando Sentinel believes the FBI agent will not be found at fault.   Not one other newspaper in the country, least of all Boston where the 4-15-13 terrorist attack occurred, and Ibragim is alleged to have committed a triple murder, seems to care about the FBI’s ineptitude.

The FBI says it “takes very seriously any shooting incidents involving our agents” according to the Orlando paper. So seriously that it must go to extraordinary lengths to stick to its first Commandment: Don’t Embarrass The Family.

Most Americans sleep and yawn while the FBI ignores a call of a few for more openness and truthfulness. (We are still waiting to hear what it did after the Russians tipped them off about Tamerlan and coming up upon the two year anniversary of the investigation in to why reputed Mafia murderer Mark Rossetti was a top echelon informant.)

The FBI apparently figures it should not do anything other than what the people want. It  seems most Americans just want someone else to be concerned. That’s how the government accrues more power and how the secret police in other states have come about. That this is a new America is shown clearly by the ability to have an FBI agent gun down a young man and not be required to answer for its action until it is good and ready, which could mean never..

  1. “Amid the swirl of mysteries surrounding the alleged Boston bombers, one fact, barely touched upon in the mainstream U.S. media, stands out: There is a strong possibility that Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the older of the two brothers, was a double agent, perhaps recruited by the FBI.”

That’s the price the FBI reaps when it remains in continual lock down mode. Sunlight is needed. I suppose if it was truly shined on how the FBI operates it’d have the same effect as water on the Wicked Witch of the West.

  2. I do believe that Google Maps Street View of that general location shows what looks to be one of our favorite ex-gangsters in a cameo. I leave it as an exercise to the reader to find the irony in the photo.

    • Big:

      You got me.

      • If you look closely, Mr. Weeks appears to be fishing stuff out of an extermination truck. I guess it’s true what they say about ex-cons returning to their old ways!

        • Big:

I’ll have to study it closely but putting your observation together, knowing his past habits, and learning the condo has a dirt floor I think that may be probable cause to get a search warrant to search there.

          • I can just see him filling out the job application:

Do you have any exterminating experience? Check.
Have you ever worked with rats? Check.

            • Big:

Maybe you can tell me what job he is applying for? Sounds like he’d get quickly hired by Terminex.

          • Matt, you’re right on the money. Judging by the truck he’s standing behind (the Street View photo was 2009), he is (was) employed as an exterminator. Kind of apropos, eh?

  3. In the interest of full disclosure: I’ve been going over the L-Street the last two weeks when the beach is fun in good weather. My old locker #20, faced lockers #1-5. The former owners of lockers #1-5 were Father John Saunders, brother of Paul Saunders, Silver Star recipient killed on Saipan; 2. John DiMaggio, father of twelve; retired master clothes maker (tailor), lifelong Southie Resident; 3. Hop Swift, father of five daughters, Commander of a Destroyer in WWII, one of four brothers (two Naval Academy grads) who served in WWII; the four started SWIFT INSTRUMENTS on Dot Ave across from the Ryan Post at East Cottage Street. SWIFT mfg/dstr binoculars, spotting scopes, telescopes and 4. Joe Parish, father of nine children, former Chief Graphic Artist at the Boston Globe; Joe was a seventeen year old in the Navy during WWII in the Pacific; his brother, Buddy (Eddie, I recall) was killed in the crash of his plane in the Pacific; Joe got the news on his eighteenth birthday. These great honorable men shared the lockers with us the Noontime Nut Wing (20 guys) of the L-Street Running Club (200+ members). Today, I’m told the occupiers of those lockers are Pat Nee, Kevin Weeks and John Martorano. Is something wrong with this picture? How did those three jump to the front of the line to get those lockers? Someone should investigate. I also understand Kevin Weeks now owns a house (or condo) directly across from L-Street. “The good lack all conviction; the worst are full of passionate intensity.” The dishonorable are honored and favored and pampered. Just what the FEDS orchestrated in our backyard!!!!! Stay tuned!!! I’ll keep you posted!!! The LUNATICS are running the ASYLUMS!!!! Joe Moakley’s moan is audible from the next life!!!

    • Yes Kevin Weeks has a nice condo at 15 Ticknor Street on the second floor with ocean views over the roof of the L. His brother Jackie Weeks holds the mortgage on it. It’s a great location and all, but Weeks paid too much for a place without central A/C and only a dirt floor in the cellar.

    • William:

My source tell me that Weeks and friends are behind in paying for their lockers.

  4. Poetically speaking, I offer the following: I now question whether the killings of JFK, MLK and RFK were the work of “lone wolves” or of some corrupt cabal made up of corrupt FEDS and corrupt privateers (Narco-Terrorists); there may be a Star Chamber whose purpose is twofold:
    (1) Aggrandize power and wealth to elitist-centrist bureaucrats/politicians (See Donnie Walberg’s movie “The Shooter”); and (2)facilitate the spread of narcotics/dangerous drugs to the people to keep them sedated. Kickbacks from Narco-Terroristic-Trafficking goes to the corrupt FEDs and Pols and their facilitators in Academia and theh Media. Paraphrasing Marx: “Opium is the opiate of the masses; opium-derivitives (Heroin, Demerol, Dilaudid, Codeine-Turpin-Hydrate, Oxycontins) are the opiates of the citizenry; Let them eat drugs! Give them bread and circuses (super-bowls, world-championships, soap-operas) that’s how to narcotize and sedate the people. It’s a nefarious elite: a government, media, academia, narco-terrorist Troika, no Tetroika, and it’s purpose is to silence and terrify ordinary Joes and Jenns!!!! Remember that Irish-English Catholic Edmund Burke’s words (circa 1776): all that is necessary for Evil to triumph is for good people to do and say nothing. So, my advice to the few, the brave, the proud: “Speak out and rage against the dying of America’s lights, the lights of freedom, truth, justice and the AMerican way of life.” See Suffolk Universities excellent school Magazine for this month: It’s titled “The Good Fight.” Good men and women, persons of good will, must fight the corrupt ones who operate in secrecy, in darkness, subverting our Constitution and precious freedoms.

    • William:
The murder of JFK was solved by a man in Washington DC the day after he was murdered when he declared Lee Harvey acted alone. That man, J. Edgar, like Margolis, feel it is their duty to keep the secrets to themselves and allow the American people know only so much – like parents who spell out words around their children. One only has to think of Dostoyevsky’s Grand Inquisitor to understand what is going on. The American people cannot handle the idea of a conspiracy to kill JFK, MLK, or others so we pretend it doesn’t exist. The American people would not understand if Tamerlan Tsarnaev was an FBI informant, or if that kid killed in Florida was going through a game of Russian roulette. It’s not that they are corrupt it’s just that we can’t handle it.

  5. Couldn’t agree more.

  6. Join the club.

If your paying attention to whats going on any reasonable person would be fearful of what our government has become. Unfortunately the sheeple are content with what the mainstream government controlled media dishes out as gospel.

Interesting that this site is run by a former prosecutor and I know many of the contributors are attorney’s, current and former law enforcement. Not your usual group of conspiracy theorists.

Something has to change but the general public doesn’t see it.

    • Notoboyo:

I know you’ve been suggesting this for a while. No ones looking for conspiracies as you point out but are dealing with facts. Some thing are just not capable of being understood unless we start accepting the sheeple hava followed Mary to school and have tuned out.

  7. I’m scared

  8. Matt, the FBI’s definition of a terrorist is below.

“There is no single, universally accepted, definition of terrorism. Terrorism is defined in the Code of Federal Regulations as “the unlawful use of force and violence against persons or property to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives”

“A terrorist incident is a violent act or an act dangerous to human life, in violation of the criminal laws of the United States, or of any state, to intimidate or coerce a government, the civilian population, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objectives.”

    http://www.fbi.gov/stats-services/publications/terrorism-2002-2005

Notice any similarities? I’m still waiting to find out the troopers name who shot the mentally ill New Bedford man.

    • Question:

So a terrorist under the FBI definition unlawful use of force against a person to intimidate or coerce a government. If you push an IRS agent to have her release your refund you become a terrorist. Pretty broad definition.

A terrorist incident is a violent act in violation of the criminal laws to . . . coerce a governemnt, the cilian poplulation, or any segment thereof, in furtherance of political or social objective. So one of the terrorist incidents we’ve seen lately was Occupy Wall Street where some demonstrators pushed cops and overturned police barriers (violent criminal acts) to coerce a government (the federals) in furtherance of a political or social objectives (to punish the Wall Street Bankers).

The FBI just defined a protest trying to coerce the government into staying out of another war that may involve some broken windows as a terrorist incident. All the college demonstrations against the Vietnam War by the students of the 196os fit the definition of terrorist incident. That means you can be arrested and put away without any rights under recent legislation.

The First Amendment guarantee that the “right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances” becomes a terrorist act if one of the people pushes a cop or urinates on the grass. Then if the FBI gets the armed drones it wants, it will have the right to use them to put down terrorist incidents. We’ve had America stolen out from under us

      Thanks for the research.

      • Yet the FBI can shoot an unarmed man 7 times with no explanation.

“A terrorist incident is a violent act or an act dangerous to human life, in violation of the criminal laws of the United States”

        • Question:

Yes it sounds like they fit under the definition but since no FBI agent has ever done anything wrong firing his weapon, this does not violate the criminal laws. Even if it did there is no one to enforce them against the FBI.
