Trump and His Followers BIG LIE: Turning the Corner

Yesterday I wrote about Trump and his followers propagandizing the BIG LIE, a Hitler idea, by suggesting the American doctors and health care workers are lying about the number of people who are dying from Covid-19. They are doing this so that they can somehow enrich themselves by charging more (something Trump would never do) for a Covid death than another death. However that lie is easily proven wrong because the truth is they number of deaths from Covid are most likely undercounted. This year there have been 300,000 more deaths than expected under normal circumstances which can only be accounted for (unless another Big Lie is told) by looking at the world rate of deaths from Covid and using that percentage and applying it to the United States.

That does not stop Trump from telling that lie at every hate fest. Tragically, he gets cheered when he tells it. He trying to pretend Covid is not really a problem. As I noted he is the only leader during this pandemic who denies it is a pandemic. We know he lies. He was told by China’s Xi how bad the virus was back in January. He said he downplayed it because he did not want the American people to panic. Should he not have overplayed it and went totally to the wall doing all in his power to minimize it like they did in South Korea that had its first virus case the same time we did.

What happened there? Was their leader afraid his people would panic? Obviously not. He went all out to stop it putting together all his forces to confront it. The results of taking control as compared with the results of telling folk it is going to disappear are stark. South Korea has 25, 835 cases while the US has  8,630,000 cases. South Korea has 457 deaths, the US has that many on a good day with a total of 226,000.

I mentioned there were two Big Lies relative to Covid-19. The second one is the
we’re turning the corner” which from what I can see contradicts the first one that Covid is nothing to worry about because the doctors are making up lies. if it is nothing to worry about why’s he talking about turning the corner?

Now turning the corner can mean many things. You go into a building and the person tells you to go down the corridor and turn the corner and you will find the elevators; or you are driving your car and you have to turn the corner to get to your destination. But when talking medically it means something else. Merriam Webster defines it as “to get past the most difficult area or period in something and begin to improve.” Macmillan dictionary has its meaning as: “to begin to be  healthy, happy, or successful again after a difficult period.”

Let me ask you: “are we turning the corner in the Covid pandemic?”  Trump was saying this back in September noting:  “We’re rounding the corner. With or without a vaccine. They hate when I say that but that’s the way it is. … We’ve done a phenomenal job. Not just a good job, a phenomenal job.” He said it before and said it again continually. Last Sunday he said: “We are coming around, we’re rounding the turn, we have the vaccines, we have everything. Even without the vaccines, we’re rounding the turn. It’s going to be over.”

On October 24 an article noted: “The US reported more than 60,000 daily cases, on average, this week — a roughly 40% increase since the start of October.” On October 23 it was said: “For the second day in a row, the United States set a daily record for coronavirus cases when more than 79,000 infections were reported.” Look at the above chart which is right up to date. You know it and everyone should know that things are getting worse by the day and things are not turning around.

Why then is Trump lying? Is it like before? He does not want Americans to panic. He would prefer rather than panicking they’ll just die in record numbers. In the one true test of his presidency when action was called for Trump panicked and is still panicking.

Why do some believe him?  It proves what Hitler said. Tell a BIG LIE.

    Greetings all,

This month we have speakers on two important topics.

We’ll start our call with Greg Glaser of Physicians for Informed Consent, who will talk to us about some of the legal cases his organization is involved with in connection with vaccine mandates.

Glaser is a health freedom lawyer in California who is General Counsel for Physicians for Informed Consent, a non-profit organization opposed to vaccine mandates. Greg is also the lead counsel for The Control Group, a pilot survey of unvaccinated Americans filing federal litigation in 2020 to support the right to remain unvaccinated. Greg was recently called a ‘human vaccine encyclopedia’ for his work with the litigation team opposing the UC’s mandatory flu shot. He has advised doctors on best practices for recommending medical exemptions from vaccinations. He is passionate about organic living and the Constitution.

Then, we’ll move to a presentation by David Meiswinkle of the Lawyers’ Committee for 9/11 Inquiry (and possibly other members), who will tell us about the current initiative of the LC911 – a petition calling on Congress to reinvestigate the 2001 anthrax attacks. This is an often overlooked part of the 9/11 picture. David recently presented details about the LC911’s anthrax petition to AE911Truth’s Justice Rising conference in September.

Don’t miss these two fascinating talks!

As always, we’ll have announcements after that.

We hope you can join us.

“When somebody provokes your anger, the only reason you get angry is because you’re holding on to how you think something is supposed to be. You’re denying how it is. Then you see it’s the expectations of your own mind that are creating your own hell. When you get frustrated because something isn’t the way you thought it would be, examine the way you thought, not just the thing that frustrates you. You’ll see that a lot of your emotional suffering is created by your models of how you think the universe should be and your inability to allow it to be as it is.”

“Satsang is a community of truth seekers. It is a group of people with the shared awareness that there is a spiritual dimension to the universe. Goethe had this beautiful thought: “The world is so empty if one thinks only of mountains, rivers and cities; but to know someone here and there who thinks and feels with us, and who, though distant is close to us in spirit, this makes the earth for us an inhabited garden.”

  3. Who is this guy George Biden is running against? W. Bush? King George? George Mitchell? Biden is beyond senile. Just a confused old man comparable to Sen. Leahy or Bob Mueller.

  4. I’m watching Obama complain that Trump has turned the White House into a “hot zone.” The man who heads the Coronavirus Task Force, Mike Pence, is evidently surrounded by people who have, er, Coronavirus. Not a good look. Bye Bye, DJT.

  5. 1.The irony here is that Matt continues with his Big Lies comparing Trump to Hitler. What is the bigger lie than comparing Trump to Hitler? What is the more hateful rhetoric to compare President Trump to Hitler? I denounce all who repugnantly resort to cheaply, wrongfully comparing President Trump to Hitler.

Here’s another Matt ‘s Big Lie: Trump “denies the pandemic.”

Matt says it is a lie to say “we turned a corner.” But we have substantially reduced the Covid-19 death rates by 70%. What’s wrong with saying that? (See DATA below).

    2. Matt accuses the Trump of “hate fests”; Matt’s blog is blotched with his own hatred of Trump supporters. Matt does not see that Trump’s rallies are pro-flag, pro-American, pro-family, pro-life, pro-conservative, but Matt sees these rallies as “hate fests.” Is it hateful to display and wave American flags?

    3. Matt denies there are legitimate questions about how excess deaths are attributable to Covid-19. Multiple factors cause excess deaths, drug overdoses (50 percent increase in opioid O.D. deaths, alone), suicides, etcetera. Matt ignores increased morbidities and deaths associated with lockdowns and joblessness. Matt ignores fewer people getting cancer screenings, fewer keeping routine physician visits, fewer visiting Emergency Rooms, due to lockdowns.

    4. Matt compares the U.S. and South Korea. Why not compare the U.S. with the U.K., Belgium, Italy, France, Spain, Peru, Belgium, Chile, which have comparable statistics? Many West European countries and many South American countries have high Covid-19 death rates. Are these caused by Trump?

    5. DATA: (CDC’s Updates of Covid Deaths Weekly: https://www.cdc.gov/nchs/nvss/vsrr/covid19/index.htm) CDC data shows109,200 Covid-19 deaths from March 28 to May 30, or average of 54,000 deaths per month, or 1,761 deaths per day (62 days.) From August 22 to October 24 (63 days) there were 29,872 deaths divided by 63 equals 474 deaths per day on average. Yesterday, the Worldometer reported there were 529 new Covid-19 deaths in U.S. On average, the Covid-19 death rate has been cut by 70 percent. We have turned a corner. We have turned a corner on increasing death rates. Hopefully turning the corner may continue, and mortality rates (Covid-deaths per cases) will continue to decline. Of course, no soothsayer and no doomsayer can predict the outcome, but we can continue to hope a vaccine is developed, and, even without a vaccine, better treatments will enhance survivability.

    6. Case rates are increasing, but mostly asymptomatic or mild symptomatic. Death rates continue to decline. U.S. recently cited 80,000 new cases; France, U.K. and Italy had about 20,000 new cases each (populations are about one fifth of U.S., (@60,000) so have comparable increases in cases, but death rates are lower, too.)

    7. As of October 26 in U.S., there were 2,226,000 deaths (all causes, roughly 2.2 million deaths), Covid deaths 211,000; Covid deaths are less than one percent of total deaths.

      1. “1.The irony here is that Matt continues with his Big Lies comparing Trump to Hitler. What is the bigger lie than comparing Trump to Hitler? What is the more hateful rhetoric to compare President Trump to Hitler? I denounce all who repugnantly resort to cheaply, wrongfully comparing President Trump to Hitler.”

        1. There is no irony in it at all.
        2. Denounce! Wow! You sound like Il Duce. Repugnantly. Not really a wise use of the word. Strange ambiguity for a novelist to employ. If someone were to dodge the draft during the Vietnam War by having his father con a doctor into writing a note about a made up malady, that would be repugnant. When talking about someone who did serve in that war who had the misfortune of being shot down, captured, put in prison and tortured for five years as someone he did not like because he preferred people who were not captured, that also would be repugnant. If advising someone that the proper introduction to an attractive woman was to grab the right by the pu**y, that also would be quite repugnant.

If I could ask Bonespurs one question at a news briefing I would ask him if when Nicky Scarfo died, did he send flowers to the family. Scarfo would have probably been one of the mobsters that would be in on the granting of a license to open a casino in Atlantic City. No one could proceed with such a project without mob approval.

  6. Trump is the first elected President of my lifetime to remind me of Adolph Hitler. The rage that German people felt after the harsh terms dictated to them after World War 1 were soothed by the balm of Hitlers hatred of all things non German. Donald Trump has been able to tap into the feelings of older white people who remember the not so long ago days of the 1970s and 1980s when the United States was dominated by white people.Google Billy Bulgers 1987 St Patricks day event and I see one black person among hundreds of white people. That shows the reality of how life used to be lived. In the South Florida that I first moved to in 1985 sighns are now posted in three. That would be English ,Spanish and Creole.Have you ever heard someone speak Creole very loudly on a public bus? Not pleasant. The United States has changed. I see an AOC and I laugh out loud. I am not interested in what someone half my age has to say about anything, never mind her.Hopefully Biden is up to the challenge of leading.
