Connolly, Jr.’s motion for reconsideration, vacate the conviction and sentence in lower tribunal number 01-8287D, and remand to the trial court to discharge Connolly therefrom. Connolly’s discharge shall be stayed until any and all post-appeal motions are final. Reversed and remanded
