How can one not be struck by the following?
The day after November’s election, Archbishop Carlo Maria Viganò, the former Vatican ambassador to the United States, who was born in Varese in northern Italy to a wealthy family and was ordained a priest in 1968, wrote a “Letter to American Catholics and Americans of Good Will. “We have seen the deep state organize itself, well in advance, to carry out the most colossal electoral fraud in history, in order to ensure the defeat of the man who has strenuously opposed the establishment of the New World Order that is wanted by the children of darkness. In this battle, you have not failed, as is your sacred duty, to make your own contribution by taking the side of the Good. Others, enslaved by vices or blinded by infernal hatred against Our Lord, have taken the side of Evil.”
What is this Italian archbishop’s act? He’s apparently a bitter old man. Massimo Faggioli, a theologian and church historian at Villanova University explained his bitterness saying: “His beef really is with the Vatican that expelled him in 2011 doing two things: The first, denying him the red hat of a cardinal; and second, expatriating him to the United States.”
I learned he wrote to Trump on June 7. He talked about the children of light and the children of darkness the latter although a minority, hold the “strategic positions in government, in politics, in the economy and in the media.” They are “the offspring of the Serpent.” He identifies the children of darkness with the “deep state.”
He says “the riots [Black Lives Matter Demonstrations] . . . were provoked by those who, seeing that the virus is inevitably fading and that the social alarm of the pandemic is waning, . . . ” Going on he states the: “use of street protests is instrumental to the purposes of those who would like to see someone elected in the upcoming presidential elections who embodies the goals of the deep state.“
Later he writes: “just as there is a deep state, there is also a deep church
that betrays its duties and forswears its proper commitments before God.”
Again he says: “there are Bishops . . .who, by their words, prove that they are aligned on the opposing side. They are subservient to the deep state, to globalism, e, to globalism, to aligned thought, to the New World Order . . . ”
The archbishop was clearly wrong about the fading virus and the waning pandemic. Yet with people like him there is never a mea culpa, they just move on to more imaginary wrongs. He is no different than the QAnon folk. Both are no different than the man with the street placard strapped to shoulders standing on the corner of a city street telling us the world if going to end on January 20 and when it doesn’t changes the date to a later period.
I would learn also that the archbishop is a foe of Pope Francis and has gone into hiding. He has a long history of being at war with many of the folks in the Vatican. Yet he has his following among many Catholics who like him believe that those 81 million Americans who voted for Biden are, “enslaved by vices or blinded by infernal hatred against Our Lord, [and] have taken the side of Evil.” Biden’s appeal for unity will fail when it comes to people like the archbishop because simply put: goodness and evil cannot unite.
What though struck me the most about the archbishop is his continuing reference to the deep state. Four times he mentioned it in his letter to Trump. I am at a loss as to what that is. Is it imaginary? Is it like Pandora’s Box containing all the evils of the world? When did it first come into existence? Who comprises it? Did it bring about Biden’s election? What is its connection to the Globalists? To the New World Order?
Any information I can get will be appreciated especially if you can identify any of the people who run it, or if it is not run by people, then tell me who is behind it.

I would only wish the archbishop to get a new act. It sounds like he’s reading from the script of a cheesy Hollywood horror movie. And just who is the archbishop going to cast as Satan? If you say Joe Biden, that will keep me laughing all the way to Hell. I gather Trump is in charge of the children of light. This is very hard for me to swallow given the man’s history with Stormy Daniels et al. And if Trump is also Q, why didn’t he quickly expose the doings of his late homeboy, Jeffrey Epstein? But that’s just me talking, a proud child of darkness.
