I’ve mentioned how the Mafia has been able to turn the table on the FBI which destroyed it in Boston and seek revenge through the assistance of federal prosecutors and the federal court in Boston. Two FBI agents with responsibility for bringing down the Mafia in Boston ended up being prosecuted by or with the help of federal prosecutors. In the interim Mafia leaders are found to have been harmed and awarded millions upon millions of dollars.
To arrive at this end the effete Boston prosecutors and judiciary had to swallow some huge bits of nonsense. I’m not sure why they are so willing to believe guys who led lives of crime involving murdering people. Judge Wolf listened to Steve Flemmi who said he may have murdered forty or fifty people testify about his relations with other people and decided what parts of his testimony he would believe and what parts he would not believe. It was as if he had some magical powers that enabled him to tell when a murderer was lying or telling the truth. We know he got one big thing wrong when he believed Flemmi that a former Massachusetts State Trooper John Naimovich was his source of information on the State Police. Not only did he believe it he wrote that Naimovich had been convicted of corruption in his court. The truth was that Naimovich was acquitted and Flemmi’s source was a guy he grew up with, Richard Schneiderhan.
That, of course, is the trouble with letting known liars testify. There is no way to tell when they are telling the truth if there is no corroboration evidence. Most of the time we are asked to simply believe them and the federal judges routinely do believe them and routinely put jurors in the same situation where they have to guess when a gangster is telling the truth.
One truth offered by the prosecutors through their gangster witnesses is that deceased FBI Agent Paul Rico was corrupt. They have used witnesses who have said Rico wanted a throw away gun so he could kill George McLaughlin; that Rico had lined up four out of five FBI agents who would go along with him in doing this extra-judicial killing but decided not to do it because he couldn’t get the fifth; and other like things.
Now these gangsters, Flemmi and Salemme, were also closely connected to Raymond Patriarca and Gerry Angiulo the leaders of the Mafia in Boston. Rico was instrumental in bringing criminal charges against both of them including some of their henchmen. Now I ask you, if Rico was corrupt wouldn’t the gangsters who allege he was corrupt have told their friends in the Mafia that he was corrupt and wouldn’t those Mafia guys in their defense have used that against him for their benefit. That they never did pretty much makes all the stories about Rico’s corruption difficult to stomach.
I just recently written that when Ronald Dermody tried to murder Buddy McLean and failed he knew he was living on borrowed time. He may have reached out for Rico to get help and Rico passed that information onto Buddy who went to where Dermody was waiting and murdered him. I can’t escape that may have happened but again if it did wouldn’t it have been used by the Mafia kingpins against him.
Frank Salemme believed Buddy was an informant for Rico. If that were so would Rico have done it as part of the idea that he was protecting Buddy. Then again, suppose Rico did set up Dermody for a Buddy hit, how would anyone know about it? Surely Rico would not be going around telling about nor would Buddy. How do we put Rico into a relationship with Dermody in the first place? In retrospect, it is as likely Dermody reached out to Buddy or one or his friends seeking to make peace after having messed up the hit. You see, even I may be guilty of what I accuse others of doing and not analyzing a story sufficiently and fall for the gangster tale when I suggested Rico may have tipped off Buddy to Dermody’s location. Why not go for the most reasonable explanation rather than some underworld fantasy tale passed on among liars?
Another nonsense story John Martorano tells is that after he murdered Roger Wheeler in Tulsa and John Callahan in Fort Lauderdale, he went to visit Paul Rico at his office because Rico was involved with him in the plot to murder Wheeler.
Now all agree that Rico was a real street agent who worked the wise guys through most of his career. Would you think he’d want the guy who he conspired with to murder two people, who is on the lam from federal charges, visiting him at his office in the World Jai Alai complex which is full of security guards and retired FBI agents? Would you even lacking street smarts? Wouldn’t he if he were involved with this murderer want to visit with him it would be as far out of the public eye as possible in a place no one knows his name so he could never be connected him with the guy?
Why do the federal judges and prosecutors fail to look deeper than what a corrupt felon tells them and ask if it really makes sense? Why do they fall for gangster lies that are easily disproved with a little experience and thought? More basically, why do they allow them testify? Don’t they see they taint the idea of justice?
Muellar lost all credibility and is to be despised because he was assigned to investigate a Republican President who just defeated Hillary, and he assembled a team of all DEMOCRATS, some of whom (at least three, I’ve read) who actually contributed to Hillary’s Campaign.
What lack of thought and lack of any sense of propriety and impartiality to assemble a partisan card-carrying Democratic team to investigate a Republic. His report, even if a whitewash of Trump, is worthless ab initio. Ignore it, and hold him in the disrepute he deserves. He’s one of these egomaniacs who believes he can dine at the trough for two-years with pro-Hillary Trump haters, and then write an unbiased report. He’s either self-delusional, of his intent ab initio was to nail Trump. Either way, Muellar lost all respect with the team he assembled.
He, too, is another one of these ideologues who thinks he’s idealistic . . .he lacks self awareness, blinded by his puffed up image of himself. He’s a Benedict Arnold.

Mueller hired the best prosecutors he could find. To suggest Mueller who is a Republican and was appointed to his former officer by Republican presidents is prejudiced for Democrats is plainly silly. I worked for a Democratic prosecutor and we never considered the party affiliation of an person we investigated. Your approach to this divides Americans. You suggest prior to any criminal investigation we must examine the party to which the prosecutors belong and then limit their investigations to those of their party.
Deal with the fact Mueller is a Republican. Many like you are fearful of the truth and already attack the man with an unblemished record, a combat veteran with medals for valor, a man who served the nation honorably for many years, a devoted family man prior to his decisions. You have fully swallowed the Trump’s incessant belly aching about a witch hunt. If he was not guilty of conspiring with Russia he would have welcomed the investigation to clear his name.
Recent decisions are removing federal prosecutors immunity and some jurisdictions are subjecting them to prosecution.
Here’s what must be done, briefly (I’ll expand later): All federal prosecutors offices must be relocated away from Courthouses. FED prosecutors must work and eat in cafeterias at least one mile from courthouse. FED prosecutors must have no greater access to or familiarity with FED judges than the lowliest private practice criminal defense attorney. FED prosecutors must publicly report all contacts, social too, with FED judges in writing at least weekly, except contacts inside the courtroom.
This will fix the BIAS when buddy-buddy STATE ACTORS, FED JUDGES and FED Prosecutors, cozy up to each other and favor each other. It is not equal justice under the law when the JUDGE calls his good buddy prosecutor Billy, and the prosecutor calls the judge JImmy, and they hang out or chat frequently.
Secondly, all FED Judges and FED Prosecutors must be re-educated to the fact that they are PUblic Servants and they do not RULE.
Thirdly, no judge shall ever be called “Your HOnor” in AMerica again. The judge should be addressed simply as Judge or SIR. He is one of us, an AMerican Citizen, no he is less than us, he is our public servant, as our all public workers. Eliminate all those phony rudiments of Empire, of Imperial British Rule which we overthrew in 1775-76.

It is not just the FED judges and prosecutors who are corrupt (intellectually, morally corrupt, on political jihads) but also the FED clerks, all three of whom leak info to the MEDIA. And the MEDIA (Globe, Cullen, Carr) are corrupt in how they protect the corrupt FED Judges, Prosecutors and Clerks, and never write a bad word about them. Instead the MEDIA and Corrupt FEDS in Black Robes and Three Piece Suits work together to prosecute and persecute innocents, like those FBI agents Connolly and RICO, and like Kenny Conley the Boston Cop for ten years, and like Bill Bulger the conservative pro-life intellectual morally honest politician they hated and went after for twenty, forty years. The Moakley building is a Mafia Court. Connolly was described by FBI undercover agent Donnie Brasco ( Pistone) as the top agent against LCN in New England. Rico was the top one before Connolly.
